Vodafone completes the acquisition of 70% in Ghana TelecomAnother market is conquered as far as Vodafone (NYSE: VOD) is concerned. Following their announcement that they will acquire 70% of Ghana Telecom, the Big Red carrier has announced that the deal is done.

Ghanaian Parliament cleared the papers and Vodafone agreed to pay $900 million (483 million GBP). The deal is done on a debt-free, cash-free basis.
