My first purchase in November 2007 has been plagued with problems, and as stated, 3 previous exchanges by AT&T for a "reconditioned Unit. The latest Unit however..works like a charm. It does have Win Mob 6.1, and the new ROM and Radio. What a beaut. And it wasn't a Recon Unit either. The internal logs showed NO phone time - where previous Recon units had timer readings indication prior ownership. Was ready to dump the Tilt a few months ago - between Replacements #2 and #3. But finally I have a machine/device that matches the price I paid ! Just received my 4th replacement/warranty return AT&T Tilt.
