I cannot say about the n85 but i did get an n96 and have been test driving it for the past month. Its been simply awesome so far. Best part is i installed the mobile slingplayer (costs $29.99 but given free to nokia n-series owners!!!) and it works phenomenally! Who cares about mobileTV/live TV service when u can simply watch whatever u watch at home whereever u r! The camera and video capture have been great too. I tried stressing it out by doing multiple things at the same time: music, browsing, software updates, etc and it has handled it all well. Having 2 CPUs helps here i suppose.

The N85 will probably be the better for choice for many people, seeing as how it will have a brighter, crisper screen, USB charging, 1200 mah battery, lens cover, and be far cheaper. The N96 is a shameless N95 clone with no real upgrades outside of FP2 and a dedicated audio chip (16GB cards will be released soon).
