Perhaps it is just time to download the unofficial release and go with that. I have been so jealouse that my co-worker has 4.3 and that has been killing me. Even with just that update so many things were better with the browser. I think if it isn't there by tomorrow night I will do it. Cross your fingers that I don't brick my phone (not that I have heard that is a high risk).
