The N85 Picture is actually the N96... the N85 is a better looking phone IMHO. No wait, it's a better phone full stop!

I have to wonder why Nokia are even proceeding with the much-delayed N96 at all - the only advantage it now has over the N85 is more internal memory, beyond that it's lacking in every other department including less powerful chipset hardware (and seriously, is anyone going to use the N96's built-in TV tuner? Doubt it... certainly not in the UK!)

Was in Best Buy in SE Michigan where they now have unlocked phones for sale. They had the Nokia E71 on display in the $4xx price range. Online pictures did not prepare me for just how diminutive this phone is in comparison to my E61i, or maybe I was in denial.

The screen size and keys have been reduced below practical use for me, and the bezel surrounding the screen, though appearing dull in press photos, is a highly polished, light reflecting metal that will not be very forgiving in bright lighting.

I imagine that others with stylus like fingers and eagle vision will find this a truly remarkable phone.

Cheers,
