Any developers out there looking to snoop around the upcoming BlackBerry (NSDQ: RIMM) 8220’s operating system can check out OS 4.6.0.141. It’s not that useful to the vast majority of us without Flip Pearls Kickstarts, but it does go to show that save a few potential software tweaks, the device is just about ready to roll. All previous signs were pointing to a September release date on Rogers (NYSE: RCI) and T-Mobile (NYSE: DT), and the CTIA announcement makes it all the more likely.
