HTC Dream G1 Pricing Details Emerge

New pricing details are coming out today on the HTC G1. Word is that the device will sell for $200 with a new contract. No word if any rebates or other discounts will be available. The G1 will, as I’m sure you know… run on Google (NSDQ: GOOG)’s new Android platform.
For me, the price sounds right. It looks like one heck of a sweet device. I’m simply curious to know what the term of the contract would be, and would actually like to know what the out-of-contract price would be. You never know, I might want to add this one to my growing collection 
What do you think? Is $200 too much to ask? I don’t think so!

Sounds perfect. Almost the same price point as Sidekick but a much better device.
