		<description>Hmmm I don&#039;t get one point. They did not properly answer the questions (which seemed important). Either they don&#039;t get English, or they don&#039;t know anything about it (which may not be the case at it later turns out that the app actually works pretty well), or they really have a patent... 

However they need to rely on external/public data and create new data through sharing. That&#039;s what constitutes the web, as said by one of the panelist.

But the app actually works (thus not fake).
