Samsung Announces 2 New ‘Beat’ Music Phones

Samsung has announced 2 brand new music phones this morning. Continuing their trend of using a name plus a superscript character… the new phones are called the Beat^b and Beat^s… as in Beat to the power of ‘b’, and Beat to the power of ’s’. Ok, gotcha Samsung… I think. Imagine my frustration trying to figure out how to insert superscript into a blog post

Specs on the new phones are very similar. They both share the following features:

• tri-band GSM, 3.5 mm jacks
• microSD support
• stereo bluetooth
• FM radio
• Digital Natural Sound engine with Auto EQ
• comes preloaded with Shazam

Look for the Beat^b to be available later this month, with the Beat^s coming next month.
