Plantronics Voyager 835 is probably one of the best Bluetooth headsets on the market today. The popular accessories maker used multiple technologies to ensure high quality transmission of audio and noise reduction. There are dual microphones on board as well as a combination of DSP-algorithms that provide the optimum volume level.
The first microphone “captures” the voice, and the second – background noise and, consequently, reduces it. Additionally, the WindSmart technology is used to (guess what) reduce wind noise.
The Voyager 835 also supports QuickPair and Multipoint technologies for fast connection to a mobile phone, and to allow simultaneous operation with two devices.
As for the battery life, the Plantronics headset delivers about 5 hours of talk and up to 5 days of standby time. The device weighs 12 grams and will start selling in U.S. this month for $119.95.
