Share on Ovi goes mobile

Guess we all expected this to happen. After all, we’re talking about Nokia (NYSE: NOK)’s service here and we just waited for the Finnish giant to release the mobile-friendly version of its file-sharing service.
That has happened recently and now Ovi users have full control over their “Share on Ovi” account, including the ability to create new channels from their mobile phones.
That’s great news, but what I would like to see is a dedicated Ovi desktop client for Linux. I’m about to buy myself one of the Linux-powered Netbooks and would love to be able to access my Ovi stuff using a dedicated client. Actually, I need that just for uploading and managing existing stuff, but I’m off topic…
