Sony Ericsson (NYSE: SNE) Xperia X1 has passed the FCC hurdle. Good thing for our U.S. readers is that the version we’ve now spotted at FCC’s website has the right 3G bands for the North American soil. That’s 1900MHz baby, meaning that one of the best Windows Mobile smartphones will work with AT&T (NYSE: T)’s 3G network. We’re not aware of the release date at this stage, but we’re hoping Santa will pick it up just in time for Christmas. Stay tuned as we bring you more on the X1 launch in the U.S…
