Foxmarks goes mobile

Bookmark-syncing app Foxmarks has updated their website to add support for mobile devices. There isn’t a native application, though. Rather they’ve made a special optimized-for-mobile website which allows you to access your favorite websites from any mobile phone or other Internet-connected device.
To use the service, simply point your mobile web browser to my.foxmarks.com and take it from there. The service is easy to use and I’m sure many of the existing Foxmarks users will love it.
One thing that could be better is that I would expect that links are opened in a new window, leaving Foxmarks mobile page always opened. Then again it’s not actually that bad, as you’ll probably have Foxmarks mobile website bookmarked for easy access.

I’ve begun developing a basic bookmark sync app for Android+FoxMarks. It wont do passwords or any of the other stuff. Just basic bookmark syncing. I just wanted a stop gap solution until an official version is developed. See https://secure.grepular.com/blog/index.php/2009/04/04/xmarks-foxmarks-bookmark-sync/
