AT&T, not one to let their budget-minded text messagers fall by the wayside, has just launched the affordable Samsung Propel. As expected, the AT&T Samsung Propel features a vertical-sliding QWERTY keyboard, 1.3 megapixel camera, and a UMTS 3G data connection.
