As previous commenter says, it uses your minutes, not data for VOIP. It uses data plan only for skype chat.
You deceived me into thinking I found what I looked for, but when I read their website, it says it is using your (voice) minutes. I guess they are routing your voice to their servers where they put it into the skype system.</description>
