It’s good to know Motorola (NYSE: MOT) isn’t sleeping. As a matter of fact they’re preparing to launch another 5 megapixel cameraphone – VE66. This time, however, we don’t see Kodak branding on the device, hinting us the ZN5 will keep the crown at least when it comes to the Moto cameraphone family.

Also worth noting is the built-in WiFi support, 3G (HSDPA), 2.4-inch 16 million color screen, stereo Bluetooth, and a microSD memory card slot. Freescale’s SCM-A11 500MHz CPU is providing the processing power, while Montavista v2.6.10 Linux is running the show. On the down side, GPS receiver is not on the list.

Release date is unknown at this stage, but we’ll certainly watch for this one, have no doubts about it…
