google tmobile g1 Best Buy to offer T Mobile G1 at discount? When it comes to mobile phone offers, Best Buy has recently positioned themselves as the go-to big-box retailer to hit up for good deals on the hottest cellphones on market. Engadget Mobile is reporting that a “little birdie” let them in on some juicy deets pointing to a late-November launch of the T-Mobile (NYSE: DT) G1 from Best Buy.

Previous rumors hinted at Best Buy possibly offering the T-Mobile G1 on October 26, but a quick check of local Best Buy retailers in the Los Angeles area has confirmed that the T-Mobile G1, while listed in Best Buy’s inventory, is not yet available.

What we’re hearing is that Best Buy will be offering the new hotness that is the Android-powered T-Mobile G1 on November 24. Best Buy is expected to sell the T-Mobile G1 for $148.88 when purchased with a new, 2-year contract. If true, Best Buy will be offering a $31.11 discount over T-Mobile’s retail price on the T-Mobile G1.

Keep an eye out for Best Buy to drop the T-Mobile G1 on November 24.
