Heading to Le Web ‘08 in December!

I’m glad to report I’ll be heading to Paris in December for the annual Le Web conference. It’s a two-day conference, which as you may know is the number 1 Internet event in Europe. And as everything goes mobile nowadays, I’m sure we’ll have a dozen of posts.
Among the partners are such companies as Microsoft (NSDQ: MSFT), Google (NSDQ: GOOG) and Nokia (NYSE: NOK) — all of which are major players in the mobile industry, hinting us we’ll almost certainly have nice stories to report. Among the speakers I see Jason Calacanis from Mahalo, Chris DeWolfe from MySpace.com, Marissa Mayer from Google, Joichi Ito from Creative Commons, etc.
The theme of this year’s conference is LOVE, which I find to be a great subject in time of the world’s financial crisis. Not everything is bad, after all. I expect to see interesting mobile dating services being presented at the conference.
Startups will also find their place on the stage and 30 of them will present in the startup competition room…
