Telus BlackBerry Storm launch date pushed back to December?

A mid-November launch was sounding just dandy when rumours started coming out earlier this week, but it looks like the date has been pushed back to early December. Cutting it awfully close to the holiday season, ain’t it, Telus (NYSE: TU)? We haven’t heard much from Bell regarding their release date of the BlackBerry (NSDQ: RIMM) 9530, but we can presume that it’ll be close to their Canadian CDMA wingman’s. Expect Telus’ touchscreen BlackBerry to hit somewhere between December 4th. and 8th., while launch parties are stretching all the way to December 12th.

holy fuck man…i bought my world edition in august lost it in september…so i decided to use an old mike phone to tide me over till some new blackberry came to telus…

I heard that the reason why the phone was pushed back is because Bell wanted to launch the phone first! which really sucks, because you know they’ll kill it with they s**ty plan! Wish they would realize that its a dog eat dog world out there. and if they want to get ahead of rogers they need to kick it into overdrive!

Okay, I’m really getting fed up and frustrated with telus and this phone. I’ve been dying to get my hands on this phone for the longest time and it seems like telus is just teasing me with it. Please don’t get me all hyped up and excited about a phone thats supposedly “coming soon”, when it reality i have to wait 3 damn months! Get it together!
Bad news for the storm people it was going to come out on DEC.8 but pushed back again to a later last week of dec. Due high demands in america which bought out telus phones so they could sell it for verizon
