		<description>It seems Torch &quot;took something out&quot; of the browser.  Scrolling is more choppy than it used to be and is beginning to mimic WM6.1&#039;s IE when zoomed out.  All versions of the browser have been hard to swallow, but this version is a complete disaster.  They also removed the ability to have your device recognized as a desktop computer should you want the &quot;full&quot; version of a web site.</description>
