New application allows iPhone backup file extraction

It sure is convenient having all your iPhone and iPhone 3G’s data backed up through iTunes, isn’t it? But those iPhone backup files would be even more useful if you could actually extract them and view them on your computer.
Enter the iPhone Backup Extractor application for Mac OS X Leopard.
The application was created by Mac developer Pádraig. In an effort to extract and analyze iPhone backups without all the hassle of going through the command line, iPhone Backup Extractor was born.
