Use the 25% cash back from Live.com when you buy it on eBay with Buy it Now and grab the free phone from AT&T when you sign a new contract. Sell that phone, and you'll probably be out less than $100 after everything comes back. It's a little bit of a hassle, but not a bad deal after everything's said and done.
