viigoebookreader Viigo Partners with DailyLit to Bring E Books to Your SmartphoneViigo recently entered a partnership with DailyLit to offer their library of books via the Viigo service. If you’re big into e-books, then the new service might be just right for you, especially if you don’t really want to add another app to your device.

To access this new service, all you need to do is click on Entertainment from the home screen and choose ‘Add Channel’. Select ‘DailyLit’ from the menu. Once added, you should notice a list of 25 free books to choose from. Select the books you’d like sent to you, and return to the entertainment channel and select the book you’d like to begin reading.

You will notice after you select a book that they are delivered in installments. The installments are delivered daily, and so far it seems like a great way to read your titles while you’re on-the-go.

All of what I’ve outlined above is absolutely free, and is available for all BlackBerry (NSDQ: RIMM) and Windows Mobile smartphone devices. To get started, go ahead and grab Viigo (IntoMobile Edition).

Thanks Matt!

This is awesome. I used DailyLit when they just did daily mailouts, but I found that backlog added up quick, and saving the e-mails on the device was turning out to be more of a pain than it was worth. Viigo would definitely keep everything squared away, but I wish you more access than just the 25 books… They’ve got a lot.
