Videos: Sony Ericsson Xperia X1 with TouchFLO 3D UI and HTC Touch HD with Xperia panels

Here’s a pair of weird videos. Apparently someone has managed to make HTC’s TouchFLO 3D user interface become one of the panels of the Sony Ericsson (NYSE: SNE) Xperia X1. But things don’t end there. We also have a video of the HTC Touch HD running Xperia panels.
If there’s one thing I like about Windows Mobile, it’s the super customization it enables. Anyway… first comes the Xperia with TouchFLO 3D UI video…

No no no no..please don’t mess with a perfectly good HTC Touch HD device! Almost had a heart attack when I saw that ugly Xperia panel approach on the Touch HD.
I don’t know what was going through SonyEricsson’s mind when they decided to implement this “Panel” thing. Did they even get any consumer / customer feedback on any of that?? I doubt it…I really doubt it.
