Myvu Corporation has recently made its personal media viewer, Myvu Crystal, compatible with iPhone, bringing its video eyewear accessory closer to all the Apple handset users out there.

The trick is in the cable, which costs $24.95, and which will make Myvu Crystal sing along both the original iPhone and iPhone 3G.

Myvu Crystal includes a rechargeable battery, a USB charging cable and noise-cancelling earphones from Ultimate Ears. Available in black or amber, Myvu Crystal offers the highest resolution in the Myvu line (full VGA), the widest field-of-view and the truest DVD quality experience possible. It retails for $299.95 MSRP.

In addition to iPhone and iPhone 3G, Myvu Crystal is also compatible with all iPod with video models, other portable media players and mobile phones — including Microsoft Zune, Nokia N95 and select Samsung models — portable DVD players and various game consoles. It is available through select retail partners and online at Myvu’s website.
