Consumer Reports launches iPhone app just in time for Christmas

It’s all about timing and Consumer Reports knows that. Hence, they are launching a new application for iPhone and iPod Touch users just in time for the holiday shopping season. Available for free at Apple (NSDQ: AAPL)’s AppStore, the ConsumerReports.org application features expert tips and buying advice “aimed at helping shoppers make better purchasing decisions.”

The Consumer Reports iPhone app gives users instant access to consumer news, advice, and best buy information from the testers and editors in the following product areas – cars, electronics, money, home & garden, babies & kids, safety, health.
