Sprint Sales Reps Suing Over Unpaid Commissions

C’mon Sprint (NYSE: S), I know you guys aren’t doing that great these days, but not paying your employees? That’s just shooting yourself in the foot. With a shotgun. Loaded with kryptonite shells. Over 19,000 past and present employees of Sprint have launched a class action suit against the company for not paying between $100 - $500 per month in commissions. The error was due to a fub-up with integrating Nextel and Sprint computer systems, but the court has ordered that Sprint start digging around to find exactly how much they owe. Assuming Sprint will have to pay for legal fees as well, this could be pricey.
