FlyCast goes beyond mobile

Not exactly a mobile news, but since it’s one of my personal favorite companies/services and since we’ve already covered the similar ShoZu news, we’re going with it nonetheless.
FlyCast is going beyond mobile, to a desktop computer near you. It’s not a iPhone/iPod Touch and BlackBerry (NSDQ: RIMM) game any more – now every Mac and PC user can listen to FlyCast, a service tht thanks to more than 1,000 channels to choose from is arguably better than satellite radio.
FlyCast says that their desktop player works just like the phone version, allowing users to enjoy their favorite stations while at work or home…
And that’s about all we can tell about it. If you used FlyCast on your mobile/iPod Touch, you’ll certainly want to extend the experience to your computer as well. Visit FlyCast’s website for more information and download instructions.
