Nokia E71 Now Available on Rogers

The acclaimed Nokia (NYSE: NOK) E71 is now available for $99.99 on a three-year contract from Rogers (NYSE: RCI) after rebates, but be sure to hound your sales rep for promo prices – apparently list price is $349.99 on a 3-year plan, $374.99 on a 2-year plan, $524.99 on a 1-year plan and $749.99 with no strings attached. It’s a fine alternative to the BlackBerry (NSDQ: RIMM), and a long time coming. The E71 sports a 3.2 megapixel camera, Wi-Fi, GPS, QVGA 320 x 240 screen, S60 Symbian OS, a solid metal battery door which adds some nice weight, and an exceptionally slim profile. It’s not up on the Rogers online store yet, but should be there soon.
