LG SH460 wants to appeal to skiers

It’s winter time and handset makers are pushing new devices for the season. LG thinks it has an idea – to make a phone for skiers. Naturally, it comes in white and it’s a mid-range handset called SH460.
Specs wise, the device sports a 2 megapixel camera, Bluetooth, 2.2-inch QVGA (240×320 pixels) screen, and a memory card slot.
That being said, I can’t envision LG selling tons of these. Not that the phone is ugly, quite the contrary – it looks very cool. My problem is in the idea of having a separate phone just for skiing or just for winter time. Kinda strange, though I pick my phones carefully and in that sense I’m not the best person to talk on the subject…

Ok, first of all, why would you try to appeal to a skier/snowboarder with a WHITE phone? HELLO! Snow is White? Anyone that works on these designs even consider this? If they are going to have their phone on them then they are probably goig to want to be able to find it if it drops. Just saying. It should come in bright orange or something.
