		<description>I think alot of this outcome for rim has to do with them not being able to get the 8900 out the door before christmas. The curve series was easily rim&#039;s most popular phone before this point. After all the curve was the best selling smartphone in the u.s. in october. Now, I&#039;m not sure if it was even scheduled to come out in &#039;08 or whether they just couldn&#039;t get it carrier approved, but had it, I think rim would be singing a different tune.</description>
