Samsung Memoir 8 megapixel cameraphone coming to T-Mobile USA?

File this under “what the heck are they waiting for,” but it seems T-Mobile (NYSE: DT) is gearing towards the launch of Samsung Memoir, an 8 megapixel camera phone. We don’t have all the details, but we do know it’s not a smartphone, nor does it have a WiFi radio on-board. Still, we do expect to see Samsung’s popular widget-friendly TouchWIZ UI running on the all-touchscreen device.
Maybe we should think of it as the Samsung Behold 2 and in that sense the Deutsche Telekom (NYSE: DT)-owned mobile operator waits to sell enough Beholds prior to launching a better device. We’ll certainly get back to you as soon as we get some additional details, have no doubts about it…
