Sony Ericsson (NYSE: SNE)’s bad-ass Cyber-shot phone, C905, has been spotted while trespassing on FCC’s ground. The 8 megapixel camera equipped device moves beyond “classic feature phone” category (if there’s such thing at all), boasting WiFi connectivity, GPS receiver and Microsoft (NSDQ: MSFT) Exchange ActiveSync support.

The “camera part” is the most important and most interesting. The lens supports auto-focus, there’s Xenon flash, 3-LED video light, focus assist lamp, self portrait mirror, image stabilizer, face detection (auto-focus of up to 3 faces), auto Rotate, BestPic, 16x digital zoom, video recording in QVGA (320×240 pixels) resolution at 30fps.

Enough about that. As I said, this version of C905 runs on AT&T (NYSE: T)’s 3G network frequencies (1900 MHz). Since it’s still not unveiled by AT&T I guess they’re waiting for the early next year to go with it…
