It freezes and you have to take the battery out constantly, the volume is crap, the screen goes out,the slightest tap will reset the phone and it doesn't charge properly either. It will say that it's fully charged and then when you talk, the battery is seconds away from shutting off the phone. It takes hours for it to fully charge! I only had this phone for 3 months! It's a terrible phone and I know several people who have this phone and have complaints about it as well. Shame on MetroPCS for selling this garbage to their customers.
