Perhaps this is one for a few of the female readers here at IntoMobile… But I have a suspicioun most ladies will find this more amusing than practical… Maybe I’m wrong.

At any rate my bud Phat Trance over at DailyMobile posted some images of a new ‘Barbie’ inspired cellphone. The device is hitting the Chinese market at 780¥, roughly $113 US dollars. When closed, the phone looks like your typical compact. Open it up, and you’ll discover a mirror for touching up your makeup, oh, and yeah… a phone.

The device comes in a lovely heart shaped box, and by the looks of things it looks like there is a handy carrying pouch/purse as well. It also features a 2 inch 260K color 176×220 display, 1.3 MP camera, and up to 2GB of expandable memory. USB and Bluetooth support are also on-board.

I think I’ll wait for the ‘Ken’ version to hit the market. More pictures below.

Mr. Falconer forgot to say (or perhaps didn’t know)that this is not a licensed Barbie product; the company that produced it is using a trade mark that is not allowed to use… So NOONE can call it a Barbie Cellphone! Be careful with what you post…
