NPR releases its native iPhone app

Ok, ok, I get it. Everyone and their mama is “going iPhone” these days. NPR is following the suit with its free native application, allowing its listeners to take their “NPR experience” with them wherever they happen to be, using their shiny handset or an iPod Touch. Actually, in an iPod case, you’ll need to be in a hotspot in order to stream NPR’s content.
From the NPR Mobile’s “official” description:
NPR Mobile provides you with an easy to navigate application interface for finding the program segment you’d like to hear. Stream the radio program, read the available story text and view any available image.
Want it? Here’s a link to the AppStore.
