Ayeeeee… oi oi… here we go again. My bud Kevin over at CrackBerry has reported that another OS for the BlackBerry Storm 9530 has leaked and is available online. This time around it’s OS 4.7.0.85 (for the 9530 Storm).

If you’ve gotta have the latest OS running on your good ‘ol Storm, then go ahead and give it a shot. But as I always mention… You’re installing the OS at your own risk. Make sure you take necessary precautions before you start the install!!!

The OS 4.7.0.85 is not an official release, yet it appears that some in the inner Berry circle have commented that this release might have the ‘kahonas’ to make it to official release status from Verizon. Kevin has also commented that after installing this version, it seems as though the OS is much more improved. Better accelerometer controls, improved typing feel, and other bug fixes have been addressed.

So, you still want it? Download OS 4.7.0.85 for the BlackBerry Storm 9530 right here >

Does this release fix any of the camera problems? Such as: the opaque banner at the bottom of the screen when you are trying to frame a shot, the shutter lag and the shutter sound lag (the shutter sound comes about a 3/4 second after the shutter actually opens.)
