I'd buy one confidently: the iPhone is Apple's product, so Apple will refurbish them. They'll be the same quality as a refurbished Mac. I've purchased several refurbished Macs in the past and have never needed to have a repair. It's a great way to save some money. I'm glad Walmart didn't start selling a 4GB model. There's just not enough room for much video, but if you have an iPhone, you can get all of your DVDs onto it by converting them to MP4s.
