		<description>Wow... I&#039;m surprised.  Usually Poland is so backwards with its regulations (all about the politics) that It&#039;s a nice surprise.  My guess though is that the service will be so outrageously priced that not many people will use it.  On top of that Polish mentality is &quot;Let&#039;s price it higher so less people will use it&quot; vs &quot;Let&#039;s lower the price so more people will use it and we&#039;ll make even more money&quot;.  On top of that the ratio of prepaid vs postpaid subscribers in Poland is much higher (more prepaid) which is a weird trend but we&#039;ll see....maybe for once in a century someone did make a good decision within the wireless industry.  

By the way...I&#039;m Polish so I can talk crap :-)
