I'm surprised. Usually Poland is so backwards with its regulations (all about the politics) that It's a nice surprise. My guess though is that the service will be so outrageously priced that not many people will use it. On top of that Polish mentality is "Let's price it higher so less people will use it" vs "Let's lower the price so more people will use it and we'll make even more money". On top of that the ratio of prepaid vs postpaid subscribers in Poland is much higher (more prepaid) which is a weird trend but we'll see....maybe for once in a century someone did make a good decision within the wireless industry.
