Nokia (NYSE: NOK) 5800 XpressMusic aka Tube is scheduled to hit the UK market on Friday, January 23rd, when interested users will be able to grab it for 249 GBP. That’s the price of the unlocked, SIM free device, meaning once you buy it – you will be able to use it on any carrier in the country.

Initially, the Finnish giant’s first S60 touch device will be available through Nokia Flagship Stores in Heathrow Terminal 5 and Regent Street. Then, from January 30th, it will become available via Vodafone (NYSE: VOD), O2 (NYSE: TEF), Orange, T-Mobile (NYSE: DT) UK, Virgin Mobile, Carphone Warehouse and Phones 4U. It’s most likely both the operators and mobile phone stores will offer the Tube starting from free on a contract, though we don’t have this confirmed at this stage.

Alternatively, as we’ve heard the Tube will be included into Nokia’s “Comes With Music” scheme, you may want to wait for a later date and grab the device along with an unlimited-for-a-year music download service. It’s your call…
