The Palm Pre is a lot smaller than I initially thought it would be. A good size comparison would be an iPod classic with a big hard drive. In terms of thickness, it’s definitely not as thin as the iPhone, or even the bold, but it’s an acceptable size considering it’s a slider.

What a jerk asking questions at the end of the video. He’s got a serious gripe with the sales guy (and Palm). He asks “what do you mean by (the release date) being in the first half of the year?” Take the year, divide it in half.

Man, I would seriously ejaculate at the sight of a palm pre type phone with a more capable camera and 3D gaming!

This decimates the competition as far as OS’s are concerned

Awesome video except when camera guy tries to zoom into the phone several times but notices that the camera can’t zoom more, because the image gets very blurry lol

It’s certainly the first mobile in the West to be using OMAP 3 but in Japan Docomo already have the NEC N-01A (FOMA) which uses OMAP 3.
Anyway, maximum respect to Palm for giving us an OMAP 3 phone before Nokia.
