Gameloft keeps signing licensing agreements to extend its mobile games portfolio. Lately, we’ve spotted the game publisher announcing such an agreement with Fox Mobile Entertainment to develop, publish and distribute the official mobile game of the upcoming Fox comedy “Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian.” The game is set to be released in time for the film’s theatrical release on May 22, 2009.
Commenting on the announcement, Gameloft’s Gonzague de Vallois said: “We are very excited to create a mobile game based on a film sure to delight audiences with its setting in the famous Smithsonian Institution. Our official mobile game will be an excellent way to reach a wider audience and capture the thrill of the upcoming film.”
As a reminder, this is Gameloft’s second collaboration with Fox Mobile Entertainment, following the release of the mobile game DIE HARD 4.
