FCC has cleared a new Samsung phone – U350. The low-end device will most probably end up in Verizon (NYSE: VZ)’s portfolio and will be offered for next to nothing on a contract, or for around $100-$150 without any commitments.

Specs wise, we find a VGA camera, Bluetooth, speakerphone functionality and a built-in GPS receiver. I can already envision it being sold as a cheap ticket to VZ Navigator, Verizon Wireless’s navigation service.

Availability and pricing information is unknown at this stage — what I said above is pure speculation based on the U350’s specs…
