Web browsing on the iPhone 3G can be an enjoyable experience. That is, unless you’re running late and need to hit up the web for some mission-critical information. It can be frustrating wasting precious seconds for your web pages to load all those images – 3G can bog down, on EDGE it’s not even funny. Wouldn’t it be nice if you could disable images in your iPhone’s Safari browser?

ImaSafari is a new preference-pane tweak for jailbroken iPhone and iPhone 3G’s that allows you to disable image-loading in Mobile Safari. ImaSafari installs itself as a new toggle switch under Settings>Safari for quick and easy access.

Grab ImaSafari in Cydia. If you’re running a jailbroken iPhone or iPhone 3G, you’ll know what we’re talking about. If not, hit up our iPhone jailbreak guide to hop on board the jailbreak-train!
