Nokia updates Nokia N95 8GB with v31.0.015 firmware

By Will Park on Thursday, January 22nd, 2009 at 1:28 PM PST In Announcements, Applications, NSeries, Nokia, Symbian

Following on Nokia (NYSE: NOK)’s recent update to their Nokia N95 for European owners, Espoo is pushing out another firmware update for Nokia N95 8GB handsets. The new firmware, v31.0.015 for those keeping track, promises to bring improved web browsing stability, closing a jailbreak hole, and various other bug-fixes and enhancements in its 130MB payload.

As usual, you can update your Nokia N95 8GB to the v31.0.015 firmware through your Nokia Software Updater utility. Be warned, back up all the data on the phone – once you’ve started your update to v31.0.015, all that data will be gone.
