Does your BlackBerry Storm need some protection for those times you just want to to chuck it against a brick wall? OtterBox is now selling the Defender Series case we spotted at CES, offering the usual three layers of protection: screen wrapper for light splash and scratch protection, hard plastic shell for a solid frame, and a rubberized outer skin for impact absorption. We took a close look at the Defender Series for the Bold, and presuming the BlackBerry 9530′s case is just as good, you’ll be hard-pressed to find a more protective case. Now we’re just waiting on the 8700 case… If you’re big on protection and size is no issue, nab the OtterBox for the BlackBerry Storm for $49.95.
