Fennec on Windows Mobile Videoed

Fennec, Mozilla’s upcoming mobile browser, is peeking its head out of the alpha hidey-hole, but it best go back under for awhile. Fennec promises a lot of cool features like swipe-based menu summoning, easy access to site certificates, tabbed browsing, predictive URLs, and tagged bookmarks, but as you can see, there is still a lot of stability work to be done. Right now, desktop and Nokia (NYSE: NOK) N810 Internet Tablet alpha versions of mobile Firefox are available for download and testing. Easily the most exciting thing we’re looking forward to is the add-on support which made Firefox so popular, but that could prove to be a problem with the limited memory and processing power of mobile phones; add-ons will either need to be fairly simple or limited in number to keep things running smoothly.
