  1. I bought my cell phone and plan from metro pcs out in bellmead
about 3 months ago don’t get me wrong the plan is wonderful but the
phones are a piece of crap mines was manufactured in 3/2009 and it
has problems it will cut on and off when it wants to and my camera
does not work anymore and today the screen went completely blank
and I can not make calls and no one can call me-I wonder what hell
they will take me through to get it fixed or they to make me buy
another phone. Or will it be the case of the disappearing insurance
that I got the day I got the phone-It has not been near any water
nor has it been dropped-it still has the plastic cover on the
screen and the protective phone case that I bought the same day
