Orange working on big push in corporate contracts

Reuters is reporting that Orange is working on a global push for the corporate contracts market, as the global downturn really starts to bite – the idea being to unseat rivals on what I would presume is a cost basis.
Interestingly, Orange have said that they are not seeing massive changes in core usage of mobile devices, but the more advanced offerings which they have may be affected. That said, videoconferencing is something that is expected to increase uptake, when there is a cost-down focus on things like flights.
If all of this is true, and Orange are able to get some good deals out there, then they have a good chance of snapping some big contracts up – however, you can bet the other big players will (a) not give up without a fight, and (b) have similar plans in place!
Of course, geographic regions where there are developing markets (such as Africa and Eastern Europe) are potentially especially good targets for winning new (big) contracts – but we’ll see how all this pans out in the next few months/years with the inevitable announcements that will come…
