		<description>it looks like truphone discovered the power of the press release, they found out that they can actually make news without the need to release anything. 

It goes like this: 

1. Send out a press release about product X
2. Wait for it to catch the media&#039;s attention
3. Do not release this product
4. Sent apologetic messages on twitter... no one reads it anyway
5. Ignore your user

In other word - since the new CEO walked in, all they do is issue press releases instead of taking care of their Nokia users. 
Good. 
We&#039;ve been there forever but now there are other things to do.
